This policy explains what happens to your information when you join the Moiras waitlist. It covers this website only. When the Moiras app launches, a separate policy will cover the app.
Moiras (operated by Filiz Unal), United Kingdom. Contact: hello@moiras.ai.
When you join the waitlist, we store:
We do not ask for your name, birth date, birth time, or birth place at this stage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
To email you when the Moiras beta opens, and to send occasional updates about the product. Nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you ticked the box and confirmed via the link we emailed you.
The referral and campaign information tells us which channels people find us through, so we know where to spend our effort.
We use three service providers, each acting on our instructions:
Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Until you unsubscribe, or until two years after the beta launch, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of that fact so we do not email you again by mistake.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send you a copy in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Write to hello@moiras.ai and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change how we use your information in a meaningful way, we will email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
